Embroidered Patches

A traditional and proven decoration method reinvented is now a popular look for style-conscious headwear buyers. Embroidered patches deliver a higher level of detail than direct embroidery and gives your cap a classic look. Simple shape patches can have either a merrowed edge or satin stitch edge and are hand stitch applied to the cap. Complex shape patches have only a satin stitch edge and are heat press applied to the cap.

Woven Patches

Woven patches allow for crisp, clean designs without sacrificing the traditional decoration look. Get the best of both worlds with this popular retail decoration option. Sublimated Patches

Accentuate the finer details of your logo with a Sublimated Patch. No more sacrificing unique colors or intricate designs. Not only does a Sublimated Patch allow for more complex designs, it also enables you to color match, so you can best represent your brand. Simple shape patches can have either a merrowed edge or satin stitched edge and are hand stitch applied to the cap. Complex shape patches have only a satin stitched edge and are heat press applied to the cap.

Screen Printed Patches

A clean, bold look with a touch of old school style. Best for one or two color logos with a moderate level of detail. Screen Printed patches in simple shapes with either a merrowed or satin stitched edge are hand stitch applied to the cap. Screen Printed patches cannot be heat applied.

Rubber Patches

Your logo can’t be missed with this three dimensional decoration option that allows for a PMS color match. Rubber patches must have a fairly simple shape with an outer edge gutter to allow hand stitching to the cap or can be complex when heat applied. No more than 3 layers of detail should be stacked on top of base layer to keep thickness and weight of patch to a minimum. Ideal for multi-colored logos with a moderate level of detail.

Leather Patches

Create a stylish, trendy look by adding a leather patch to your cap. Choose between faux or genuine leather, as well as laser-etched or debossed imprinting. Leather patches must have a fairly simple shape with an outer edge gutter to allow hand stitching to the cap or can be complex when heat applied. Ideal for logos with moderate level of detail.
