Ever want to climb a rope?  Ever want to push a sled?  How about learning Olympic lift, a handstand push up or simply an unassisted pull up?  Warrior Bootcamps focus on varied workouts incorporating intense strength, cardio endurance and core training to help you reach those goals. Our certified personal trainers will meet you at your current fitness level, guide and encourage you with modifications and progressions for your individual needs.

What is a Warrior Bootcamp Workout?

Warrior Bootcamps are the toughest workout you'll ever love!   They are designed to challenge you at every session in new and exciting ways.

Held mainly in our one-of-a-kind Warrior Room, Warrior Bootcamps incorporate elements from high-intensity interval training, Olympic lifting, plyometrics, gymnastics, body weight exercises, rowing, sprinting and other exercises.

No more tedious repetitive workouts.  Our trainers constantly vary the workouts in order to work all major muscle groups through different planes of motion.   You will experience workouts that challenge your individual strengths doing as many reps as possible (AMRAP) in a certain amount of time, workouts "for time", partner workouts where you can drive your partner to be stronger and quicker while motivating yourself as well, and team workouts where you are trying to accomplish fitness goals but rely on each others strengths to get there.

What kinds of equipment will we get to use in the Workouts?

Workouts incorporate a variety of equipment including barbells, dumbbells, gymnastics rings, pull up bars, jump ropes, kettle bells, medicine balls, sand bags, weighted vests, climbing ropes, plyo boxes, rowers and cycles.  Since we are a fully equipped facility, your trainer may utilize the huge indoor turf field, the sport court, running the many stairs, or even venture outside to use the trails.

What kind of results can I expect?

The key to seeing quick results is consistency.  We recommend attending 3-4 Warrior Bootcamps per week to be sure you are working all major muscles groups.  Everyone is different, and these high-intensity workouts deliver results in a total-body approach.  Many see visual improvements in 3-4 weeks, depending on your effort level. Again, the key is "consistency".

Will I feel welcomed if I am new to Warrior Bootcamps?

Yes!  The Warrior Room may look intimidating, but you will be surprised at how welcoming our members and trainers are.  Warriors build each other up.   They want each other to succeed.  You will hear veteran Warriors giving encouragement and hi-fives to those just beginning. Warriors will gain an abundance of confidence, team building and camaraderie with fellow warriors.

Will the trainers yell at me?

Yes, there will be yelling involved, but only positive reinforcement, encouragement, and a small, fun dose of healthy competition.

I want to try a Warrior Bootcamp, but I am scared...

You are not alone.  Many of our current Warriors were once thinking the same thing.  There are modifications and progressions for every exercise.  If it's your first class, let the trainer know and he/she will guide you through these options.  For example, when working towards an unassisted pull up, our trainers will show you how to us bands to help counter your body weight to make doing a pull up possible.  As you get stronger you can use less and less assistance.
